Pricing
Valley Tech Support charges a flat $80 per hour rate with no travel charges. This rate covers all of our IT services.
We charge a minimum of 1 hour for office or home visits, and a $50 minimum for remote work (up to half hour) . After the minimum is reached, labor charges are billed in quarter hour increments. You are only billed for the time the technician is at your location, not travel time. The rate covers the time needed for diagnosing and fixing your problems.
An additional $20 per hour is added for emergency, night, and weekend calls. Emergencies are if we must reschedule other appointments to visit you sooner .
If needed, we’ll pick up parts or materials for your service call. A $20 parts pick-up fee will be added to your invoice for this convenience.
Valley Tech Support accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please check with us before your appointment should you have an alternative method of payment. We strive to accommodate if possible. Payment is due when service is rendered.
